Our flexible collection process allows a customised setup to your unique requirements by installing a collection booth, mobile testing unit or using space already available at your site. Clinical procedures are tailored to maximise safety for both collection staff and subjects.

Sample collection

A trained medical practitioner will collect the sample from your team, staff or employees. Sample collection involves a swab to the back of the throat and the nose, which takes around 30 seconds to complete.

Speed and efficiency are critical in putting COVID-19 test results to use. Minutes after testing is complete, a courier will collect the samples and fast-track them to our lab for analysis.

Secure results

Results are delivered within 24-48 hrs into a secure clinical oversight dashboard. Your nominated admin will receive the results and let your subjects know if they are safe to resume work or play.

All samples are processed in ISO-15189/ISO-17025 internationally accredited laboratories and operate under the guidelines of the United Kingdom Accreditation Service. Laboratories are UK based and use the most advanced technology.
