Editorial policy
How ProjectScreen maintains editorial independence, handles commercial relationships and publishes corrections.
Editorial independence
ProjectScreen operates with full editorial independence from all health test providers. No provider, merchant or advertiser has any influence over our rankings, scores or editorial content.
Rankings are determined solely by our editorial scoring framework. A provider cannot improve their ranking by advertising with us, entering a commercial partnership or any other financial arrangement.
Affiliate relationships
ProjectScreen earns revenue through affiliate commissions — when you click a link to a provider and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission. This is disclosed on every page where affiliate links appear.
Affiliate relationships exist with multiple providers. This does not influence editorial scores. A provider with whom we have no affiliate relationship can and does rank above providers with whom we do.
If a provider we review does not offer an affiliate programme, we still review and rank their tests on merit.
Scoring and ranking
All scores are produced using our published scoring methodology. Scores reflect the editorial team's assessment at the time of review. Scores are updated when a provider materially changes their test, report, collection process or pricing.
Where a score is based on remote evaluation rather than direct purchase, this is indicated by a lower confidence score. We aim to direct-test all products over time.
Corrections policy
We are committed to accuracy. If we publish incorrect information, we will correct it promptly and transparently.
Corrections are logged and, where material, noted on the relevant page. We do not silently edit content to remove errors without acknowledgement.

Provider relationships
Providers may submit their tests for consideration. Submission does not guarantee inclusion or a positive score. We evaluate submitted tests using the same framework as all others.
We do not accept payment for reviews, placements or coverage of any kind.
Pricing data
Prices displayed on ProjectScreen are sourced directly from provider listings. We update pricing on a rolling basis but cannot guarantee prices are current at the time of viewing. Always verify price on the provider's own website before purchasing.
