About this test

B6 - another B vitamin, less frequently tested than B12 or B9 (folate). Like B12, essential for optimal nerve function and may be beneficial for the reduction of symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome (PMS). As a water soluble vitamin, supplementation is generally thought to be safe for most people even at higher doses.
